This Package is for Participants who want to try our service without making a large investment.  This is the lowest price for a service of this type.  You are a special customer to us and not just another number.  Our staff treats each participant as an individual so that personalized service can be given and we will work with you to get the most recognition possible with your package.  The Tristatz, LLC. services seeks to provide participants an avenue of recognition for themselves and not to be an agent of any type.  Additional applications and your customer number will be mailed or emailed to new members.  There is a 5 day processing period, after your form is returned to our office.  Cash Referral Commission $10.00
